Use this overview guide (Public Charge Cmts MeBIC template 11-5-2018 (2)) of the proposed rule changes and how to submit comments. Please be reminded to change any pre-written comment template to include a personalized unique message. Do not submit the pre-written comment only, because it won’t be counted without your customization. Remember the comments must be in English but you welcome to make comment on behalf of someone you know who isn’t able to write in English.
